About 5 months ago our family moved from out-of-state to Leawood KS. We had exactly 3 days to find and purchase a home. Needless to say this was a very stressful time for us but we were fortunate enough to have walked thru one of B&F’s newly built homes. B&F seems to take each home they build personally. After our initial walk thru of the home we asked to speak with the builder Brad Bond and he agreed to take time out of his busy schedule to sit and talk with us that afternoon. After speaking with him we felt even more comfortable with our decision to purchase our home.

We knew that we had found the perfect home for us the minute we walked thru the front door. The attention to detail and high quality craftsmanship was immediately evident. B&F had the ability to make this home stand out from the others with features like the floor to ceiling “stone wall” fireplace and Brazilian walnut wood floors. Like most other families, we spend the majority of our time in the kitchen/hearth room area. We love the large granite center island in the kitchen and the built in plasma TV with surround sound in the family area.

After 5 months we now know we made the right decision. B&F has proven to be as equally responsive and accessible as the day we moved in. They promptly return our phone calls within a couple of hours, sometimes within a few minutes. They truly know the meaning of customer service.

We would strongly recommend B&F as a builder based on our positive experience. If we were to build a new home tomorrow, we would certainly choose B&F as our builder.
